How much is installation?
It depends on how far your house is from the fibre. Installation, router and cable are quoted to you in full before anything starts. No surprises.

How many Mbps?
We don’t sell speed tiers. A FibreBase line is usually in the hundreds of Mbps for the home — enough for 4K, calls and gaming together. What one phone shows depends on Wi‑Fi and how busy the house is. If the whole house feels slow, you message a person, not a robot.
What do I need at home?
A power socket near where you want the Wi-Fi router. The router and cable are quoted with installation, and our technicians set them up with you.
How do I pay?
Monthly, by bank transfer. We remind you on WhatsApp before your renewal date.
