Last updated: 1 November 2026 · FibreBase, Abuja, Nigeria

This policy explains what FibreBase collects when you visit fibrebase.net, run our speed test, or order home fibre — and how we use it.

Who we are

FibreBase is a home fibre brand serving Abuja. The underlying network is operated with our network partner. For privacy questions, write to [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share with

We only share what is needed:

Cookies & local storage

We use local storage to remember your theme preference (light, dark or system). We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

How long we keep data

Enquiry chats are kept while useful to help you. Customer records are kept for as long as you have a service with us and for a reasonable period after for billing, disputes and legal requirements. Speed-test results in your browser are temporary unless you share them with us.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold, or stop marketing messages, by contacting [email protected] or WhatsApp. We may need to keep some records where the law or an active service requires it.

Children

Our service is for adults ordering home internet. We do not knowingly collect data from children for marketing.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
